I understand that if approved to rent the Turkey Point Pavilion I am responsible for leaving the pavilion in a clean and orderly condition at the end of the rental. This includes disposing of all waste in trash cans, wiping down the picnic tables, and cleaning up all spills.

I understand that the Haldimand Norfolk Health Department must be notified if my event will have catered food and it is my responsibility to comply with all Health Department requirements.
I understand that to rent the Turkey Point Pavilion, I will need to provide a certificate of insurance that shows $2M in Commercial General Liability, lists Norfolk County as an additional insured and shows cross liability.
I understand that animals and pets are not permitted under the pavilion. Please note this does not apply to guide dogs or other service animals
The pavilion can be rented for a full day which is considered 7am - 11pm. The pavilion must be vacated by 11pm.
The pavilion must be reserved for gatherings or events with over 25 attendees. Gatherings of less than 25 people do not need to reserve the pavilion and may use the space for free. All groups are expected to leave the pavilion clean of garbage and to return the tables to their original position if they have been moved.
Yes, all renters are expected to hold a minimum of $2M in liability insurance. We recommend PAL insurance as they provide short term insurance. https://www.palcanada.com/index.php/en-us/
There are two (2) portable washrooms at the pavilion. Please note the portable washrooms do not have handwashing stations.
Applicants wishing to have alcohol at their event must follow the Norfolk County Alcohol Policy and secure a permit.
There is limited parking at the pavilion. Street parking is available on the streets close to the pavilion.
We regret refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions existing on your event date.
